Is Titan in New Jersey?

There is a New Jersey-named company in the cases. The court’s page for “Titan Solar Power, Inc. and its affiliates” lists Titan Solar Power NJ, Inc. (Case No. 2:24-bk-05239-EPB) among the affiliated cases, with trustee Anthony H. Mason, 602-808-7770.[1] The NJ Division of Consumer Affairs roster we downloaded on Oct 31, 2026 has a Home Improvement Contractor registration under TITAN SOLAR POWER NJ INC, 13VH11406000, status “Expired,” expiration 3/31/2025.[2] A license record doesn’t say how many homes were installed or where. (unverified) We don’t have a New Jersey customer count.

What the court says

  • The lead case is 2:24-bk-04978-MCW (the court page lists the debtor as PM & M Electric, Inc. doing business as Titan Solar Power), and the affiliated cases are listed on the same page.[1]
  • The court page refers to a “Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Case” and a Chapter 7 trustee for each case.[1] The court says that in most of the cases filed, it appears there are no assets available to pay creditors.[1]
  • The court says its Clerk’s Office can’t give legal advice, and points people without a lawyer to its Self-Help Center, 866-553-0893.[1]
  • The page also lists a docket entry titled “Trustee Reaves’ Notice of Filing information for Titan Solar Customers.” We have not read that document, so we can’t tell you what it says; you can look it up through the court.[1]

If you have a Titan system in New Jersey

We found no official page that says who services Titan-installed systems in New Jersey, so (unverified) that is unconfirmed. Start with your own paperwork: if you pay a loan, lease or PPA company each month, that company is your first call. If a project was never finished, see our abandoned-project page ((unverified) whether any Titan project is covered by the Board’s Feb 2024 order, which names other installers) and step 3 of our guide on permits and permission to operate. For a contractor to look at the system, share a request or browse NJ contractors by county; we have not checked whether any of them work on Titan equipment. DCA complaints and county offices are in the box below.

What we have not verified

(unverified) The number of New Jersey customers; who services New Jersey systems today; what any warranty covers; whether any New Jersey project registered for state incentives is affected. This is not legal advice.
