What this site is

OrphanSolarHelp is a directory, not a contractor. We don’t perform, quote, supervise, or guarantee any work. Every listing shows its NJ DCA permit or registration number and the date we matched it to the DCA roster. We don’t show listed companies’ emails or phone numbers.[1]

DCA says contracts for home improvement projects over $500 must be written and include the contractor’s registration number.[1] The Electrical Contractors board says electrical contractors must be licensed and hold a valid business permit, renewed every three years.[2]
